FloSports Launches FloClimbing To Cover Competitive Climbing

FloClimbing To Live Stream The Dark Horse Bouldering Series On FloClimbing.com Dec. 17 And Jan. 21

Austin, TX (Oct. 27, 2016) – FloSports is proud to announce the launch of FloClimbing, a new site dedicated to covering the world of competitive climbing, which includes bouldering, speed climbing, sport climbing, free soloing, deep water soloing and more.

The 18th site in the FloSports network, FloClimbing will provide live and on-demand coverage of special events and competitions at all levels of the sport, starting Dec. 17, 2016, with Round 3 of the Dark Horse Bouldering Series at MetroRock Climbing Center in Everett, Mass., and followed by the Championship Round on Jan. 21, 2017.

“We’re proud to launch FloClimbing and introduce fans from around the world to an unprecedented level of coverage for their favorite sport,” FloSports co-founder and CEO Martin Floreani said. “We are excited to help grow climbing by shining a light on all the incredible athletes and competitions.”

In addition to its event coverage, FloClimbing will produce original documentaries on the sport’s iconic athletes, as well as technique breakdowns, breaking news, highlights, interviews and more.

FloClimbing is led by senior rights acquisition and subscription manager Jordan Shipman and senior editor Bryan Rafferty.
