2017 JVA Rock ‘N Rumble – Jan. 21-22

The first Junior Volleyball Association (JVA) event of the 2017 club season is kicking off this weekend in Cleveland, Ohio, on Saturday, Jan. 21. This two-day event brings together 300+ elite club teams from the Midwest, Mideast, and Mid-South, such as Asics KIVA, Asics Munciana, Club Fusion, Michigan Elite Volleyball Academy, and Academy Volleyball Cleveland to name a few. 2017 Texas Prime Meet and Legendz Classic – Jan 20-21

The Texas Prime Meet and Legendz Classic is hosted by Kim Zmeskal and Texas Dreams Gymnastics and brings together talented gymnasts from across the country as well as gymnastics legends. The top finishing level 9s and 10s get to compete on teams led by legends Shannon Miller, Terin Humphrey, and Bridget Sloan. Florida at North Carolina – Jan 20

Dark Horse Bouldering Series Championship Round – Jan. 21

This is the final round of the Dark Horse Bouldering Series where the title of Dark Horse Champion will be decided. This is also the third stop on the USAC Bouldering National Cup Series, which acts as a ranking system for the pros leading up to the Bouldering Open Nationals in February. 2017 Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon – Jan. 19

The marathon will look to threaten the current marathon world record as it features Ethiopian Kenenisa Bekele, who has confirmed his attempt at the world record. Bekele, the three-time Olympic gold medalist, won the Berlin Marathon in September and set the Ethiopian record of 2:03:03, which was just six seconds short of Dennis Kimetto’s world record of 2:02:57.  WATCH LIVE
